In addition to his performance work, David is also a experienced and professional teacher. David has five years teaching experience, as well as BMus Hons Folk and Traditional Music and ABRSM Grade 8 (Distinction) in Classical Guitar. He has taught for West Sussex, Hampshire and Doncaster Councils as well as work at The Sage Gateshead and countless workshops and lessons in festivals and venues all over the world, including regular USA summer camps.

Areas taught include, but are not limited to:

- Acoustic guitar styles (Fingerpicking, Flatpick, Blues, Folk and more)

- Classical Guitar (To Grade 8 - or just for fun..)

- Electric Guitar (Rockschool or individual pieces, technique, theory)

Adults and children are catered for, and David is happy to teach in groups, pairs, or any other combination that is preferred!
